Dietary Requirements

Yes, we strive to make the Global Table accessible to everyone. Because our venues prepare bespoke “Hero Items” in advance for these tours, we require all dietary requests (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free) to be submitted at the time of booking.

  • Please note: While we work closely with our partners to accommodate requests, the “Hero” menu items are curated in advance. We may not be able to accommodate extreme allergies on the day of the event without prior notice.
Event Policies

The Flemington Global Table is a “rain or shine” event. Our venues provide cozy, sheltered dining spaces, and the walking distance between locations is short. We recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing comfortably for a fun, progressive evening!

  • Customer Cancellations: We understand plans change. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket to a friend. Please let us know if you change the name on the booking.
  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that The Flemington Global Table is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or a credit for a future event.
Logistics
Our tours run on a strict, staggered schedule to ensure the best experience at every venue. If you are running late, please contact your tour guide as soon as possible. While we will do our best to catch you up, we cannot guarantee your spot if you miss your scheduled arrival time at a venue.
  • Launch Event: Yes, the Launch Event features a curated drink pairing at every stop.
  • Dining Series: The Dining Series focuses on the culinary journey. Some venues may offer specific matched drinks, while others will offer the Hero Dish only. Please check your specific tour details on the booking page.
