Flemington offers all the local services necessary and more. The eateries are all fantastic and you could eat your way around the world between Racecourse Road & Pin Oak Crescent and all to a very high standard. There are three hotels if you want to have a meal, a late drink and two of them offer evening entertainment. Some of the restaurants have built reputations outside the local suburb and are a magnet for new visitors to experience the strip.

“I think one of the most interesting streets in Melbourne is Racecourse Road, Kensington [sic]. Ever been there? Isn’t it incredible? African restaurants! I’ve discovered Racecourse Road, Kensington and I’m a big fan”.
